Description
We are looking for a dedicated part-time Clinical Case Manager to join our fun and friendly Australian operations team. This role will require someone who is available to work 21 hours per week on average (2 x weekdays, 1 in 6 Saturday or Sundays + 1 hr per week meeting time). This exciting and fast-moving role is vital in ensuring the efficient handling of veterinary cases and delivering on our company mission to make the veterinary world a better place. Our brilliant operations team enjoy a varied day that includes: managing incoming requests via chat, phone and email, monitoring caseloads, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and our top team of prestigious veterinary radiologists and specialists around the world. Key Responsibilities Live case management - handling incoming veterinary cases - including those of clinical urgency and delivering strong client support on a day-to-day basis Monitoring caseloads and communication systems Supporting our veterinary specialists via communication and collaboration Trouble-shooting image transfer and software platform usage (full training will be provided) Skills / Experience Required Knowledge and/or experience of working within the veterinary industry Experience in using computer systems, databases, word-processing and ideally file upload systems Very strong communication and relationship building skills Ability to problem solve and use own initiative Reliable and organized with excellent time management skills Ability to work calmly, efficiently and accurately under pressure Adaptable and able to take on multiple tasks Positive and flexible attitude - welcoming change and progress A great team player who is flexible and self-motivated 20 days plus public holidays (Pro Rata) Superannuation pension plan Employee Assistance Programme Company shares scheme (after 6 months of employment) Inclusion and Diversity VET.CT is an Equal Opportunities Employer and makes all employment decisions without regard to age, national origin, race, ethnicity, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or any characteristic protected by law.
