Based in our Tralee Clinic - We are looking to recruit additional team members to build their professional career with Audiology Medical Services as an integral member of our Kerry Clinic team.
The central responsibilities of this role are;
Patient Care - provide high-quality professional patient care to all inbound and outbound calls.
Telemarketing – manage all inbound and outbound telemarketing calls/leads, and ensure weekly/quarterly and annual targets are met and diaries are full. Our expectation is for our Clinic Coordinators to complete 100+ calls per day. Previous telemarketing experience is advantageous.
Brand Ambassador - representing Audiology Medical Services, you will uphold our core values on a daily basis by consistently delivering a phenomenal patient care experience that we, as modern hearing care experts, have been providing for almost 45 years.
There is a basic salary, and the opportunity to earn monthly commission
