🌟 Requirements

🔹 Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records Management, Health Informatics, or any related discipline.

🔹 Two to five years of experience in in-hospital medical coding is preferred.

🔹 Proficiency in the use of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

🔹 Proficiency in spoken, read, and written English.

🔹 It is preferable to obtain one of the professional certificates.

🌟 Main Functions

🔹 Coding medical diagnoses and procedures using ICD-10-AM and ACHI.

🔹 Review medical records and ensure their completeness and accuracy of medical documentation.

🔹 Adhere to SBS and NPHIES standards, Board of Health Insurance regulations, and hospital policies.

🔹 Support the revenue cycle by reducing claims rejection caused by coding errors.

🔹 Participate in the audit of the quality of coding and achieve the target performance indicators.
