  We are looking for an experienced Clinical Coder to join our Medical Records team on a permanent basis. Your primary function will be to deliver efficient and accurate coding for all patient discharges and assist in medical record management and related activities to ensure an industry leading customer service experience. As a clinical coder, your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver exceptional coding service by accurately and efficiently assigning ICD-10-AM for patient discharges
• Provide exceptional customer service to the department by assisting with medical record management activities
• Ensure compliance with the National Safety & Quality Healthcare Standards
• Engage in case mix analysis, education, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance.
• Contribute to clinical documentation improvement efforts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the timely extraction and submission of mandatory data reports, ensuring compliance and precision.
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical coding to maintain high-quality data integrity.
