Roles & Responsibilities

Review and analyze medical records, clinical documentation, and patient charts. Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on UAE healthcare coding standards. Ensure accurate coding of diagnoses, procedures, and medical services. Verify documentation and identify missing or inconsistent information. Maintain coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements. Support medical billing, claims submission, and denial management processes. Conduct quality checks and resolve coding discrepancies. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow healthcare data protection policies. Stay updated with UAE coding guidelines, insurance policies, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related healthcare field . Medical Coding certification such as CPC, CCS, or equivalent is preferred. Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. Understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical documentation. Knowledge of UAE healthcare insurance and coding guidelines is an advantage. Freshers with relevant medical coding training/certification can apply. Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain coding accuracy. Candidates willing to relocate to the UAE are preferred.
