Clinical Coding Compliance Coordinator We’re seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Coding Compliance Coordinator to lead auditing, training, and compliance initiatives across our clinical teams. This role serves as the subject matter expert in ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and CCI coding, ensuring accurate documentation and optimal reimbursement in alignment with Medicare, Medicaid, and other payor guidelines. Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm Hiring Range: Typically, between $27.50 - $34.50, commensurate with experience and certification. Key Responsibilities: Conduct coding audits and compliance reviews Educate clinicians on documentation standards and coding accuracy – must be able to perform on-site education. Develop training materials and lead workshops Collaborate with departments to resolve coding issues and improve charge entry Stay current with coding regulations and software updates Qualifications: CCS or CPC certification required; CPMA preferred 2+ years of coding and chart auditing experience required Strong knowledge of ICD-9/10, CPT, HCPCS, and CCI Experience training clinicians and working in a medical office setting required Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Pay Range: $27.79 - $41.68 The above information is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work required in this position.
