This is an opportunity to work with a passionate and professional team committed to quality care. Your responsibilities will include: Managing clinical credentialing for new applicants using the Serco compliance tool (MyCred) Conducting interviews and reference checks for clinical roles Supporting credentialing processes for secondary roles and re-credentialing activities Collaborating with the recruitment team to assess applicant suitability and process compliance waivers Providing clinical guidance on maintaining success profiles and credentialing tools Assisting with audits, reports, and other recruitment or training activities as needed Serco is a place for you Your ideal skills & experience: Tertiary qualifications in nursing, allied health, or a related field, any AHPRA craft group Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting within the past 6 years Experience in clinical recruitment, including interviews and credentialing Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel A commitment to working both independently and collaboratively to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes Desirable but not essential: Experience in developing clinical governance documents or delivering clinical education Experience with quality activities or organisational change initiatives Are you ready to do important work that really matters?
