AMHC is seeking a part-time (24 hours/week) Clinical Consultant to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support within our Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit (ACSU) in Calais. This role is ideal for a licensed mental health professional passionate about trauma-informed, compassionate crisis care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct clinical assessments and provide diagnostic impressions Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team Deliver direct crisis intervention and support for individuals in acute distress Supervise and train para-professional staff on best clinical practices Engage families and coordinate with community providers for continuity of care Develop, implement, and refine clinical protocols and safety procedures Provide expert consultation on complex cases and team dynamics Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care coordination efforts Why Join Us?
