Work Flexibility: Hybrid We’re excited to offer a 12‑month opportunity for a Clinical Consultant to join Stryker’s Sage portfolio, supporting products that play a critical role in hospital‑acquired infection prevention and patient care. About the role: As a Clinical Consultant in our Sage portfolio, you will: Provide clinical education, product training, and support to nurses and hospital teams across acute care environments. Promote safe clinical practice through evidence‑based guidelines and SAGE product solutions. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Infection Prevention, ICU, ED, perioperative and general ward teams. Conduct in-services, staff training, audits, and demonstrations to ensure optimal product adoption and compliance. Work closely with the sales and broader clinical teams to support product utilisation and customer satisfaction. Travel across Sydney hospitals as part of your daily role (valid driver’s licence required). We provide full onboarding and product training, so you’ll be well equipped to succeed—whether you’re experienced in infection prevention, clinical education, or looking to step into the medical device industry. You Will Have Experience in Nursing (ideally) or Allied Health, Science, or similar healthcare background (highly regarded). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence delivering training sessions and engaging with diverse clinical teams. Ability to work autonomously, manage your own schedule, and adapt to fast‑paced hospital environments. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
