Work Flexibility: Field-based Stryker is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our Foot & Ankle team in Perth. This part-time position (0.6 FTE) offers the opportunity to work closely with innovative orthopaedic products while supporting surgeons and hospital staff in delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on clinical excellence, education, and procedural support across Western Key Responsibilities Provide in-theatre clinical support during Foot & Ankle procedures, ensuring optimal use of Stryker products. Deliver in-service training and product education to surgical teams and hospital staff. Collaborate with Territory Managers to identify opportunities and drive product adoption. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support procedural success. Assist with case preparation, inventory coordination, and post-operative follow-up. Maintain expert-level product knowledge and stay current with clinical advancements. About You Clinical background in allied health, nursing, or biomedical science preferred. Experience in surgical environments or orthopaedics is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
