Work Flexibility: Field-based We are now seeking a passionate, driven and energetic clinical professional to join our Sports Medicine team in Adelaide! This will be a theatre based role assisting surgeons, nurses and hospital staff with our Sports Medicine products. The role will be permanent part-time, 2 days per week, based in Adelaide area. Our talented Clinical Consultants play a vital role in the moments that matter most – the seconds, minutes and hours in which patients lives are changed forever by the skills and knowledge of care givers. This is a fast-paced role working in a theatre environment. You do not need specific clinical experience, but a passion for healthcare is a must! Our Clinical Consultants: Provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to internal and external customers Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products Conduct in-service training and support our Territory Managers Confidently identify and troubleshoot product-related problems and/or issues related to a customer’s application of a product. Interact with various internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product development) concerning products and product application. Maintain product/instrumentation knowledge and professional skills through internal training, external seminars and other available means. You will have: Experience working in the clinical field Previous theatre exposure or knowledge would be highly advantageous, but is not essential. Strong communication skills and a passion for a successful patient out come every time will ensure your success in this role. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
