Work Flexibility: Field-based We are now seeking a passionate, driven and energetic Clinical Consultant to join our Sports Medicine team in Melbourne in a permanent, full time position. Our Clinical Consultants: Provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to internal and external customers Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products Conduct in-service training and support our Territory Managers Confidently identify and troubleshoot product-related problems and/or issues related to a customer’s application of a product. Interact with various internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product development) concerning products and product application. Maintain product/instrumentation knowledge and professional skills through internal training, external seminars and other available means. Key skills: Current qualifications within allied health - physios, nurses, osteos are all encouraged to apply Understanding of the hospital environment and experience working within a clinical setting Demonstrated problem solving, collaborative teamwork skills, including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjects Keen learner and strong team player with a positive attitude Able to work autonomously and calmly under pressure Strong communication skills and a passion for a successful patient outcome every time will ensure your success in this role. Key requirements: Proven experience in either a clinical environment, sales or within the medical space. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
