As a member of the TGH/PMH Surgical Program the responsibilities of the CLINICAL COORDINATOR will be working with breast cancer patients undergoing surgical procedures and will include: utilizing and applying current specialized knowledge and expertise on recent advances in nursing practice to facilitate the effective management of clinical activities, the coordination of patient care across the continuum and continuity in patient care management; performing patient care responsibilities; performing teaching/educational responsibilities; participating actively in Quality Improvement initiatives; participating in academic and research activities/projects; performing administrative responsibilities; performing cross-functional and/or other duties consistent with the job classification, as assigned or requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
