Description About the Position & Its Impact The Clinical Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Clinical Director and Clinical Team by reviewing incoming client materials, coordinating professional support information, and ensuring each participant is thoughtfully prepared for their upcoming intensive experience. This role sits at the intersection of care, clarity, and safety. The work you do helps ensure that every client enters their program supported, understood, and appropriately placed—creating the conditions for trust, healing, and transformation before they ever arrive on campus. Your attention to detail and heart for service directly shape the quality, dignity, and effectiveness of each client’s experience. About the Day-to-Day in This Role Partner with the Clinical Team to review incoming client paperwork and assess appropriateness for intensive programs Gather, verify, and document professional support information submitted by clients, ensuring accuracy across systems Research and resolve missing or incomplete information with care and professionalism Communicate with clients and identified professional supports to gather additional insights when needed Coordinate follow-up communication with professional support resources after program completion Admit clients into programs through the EMR system and prepare weekly group lists for the clinical team Provide administrative and operational support to the Programming team, including creating CE events and auditing data accuracy in EMR and CRM systems Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while serving as a culture keeper grounded in Onsite’s ANCHOR values Contribute to strategic initiatives that support Onsite’s vision and long-term growth Requirements Ideal Education & Experience for the Role We are open to candidates of all backgrounds who bring care, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility to their work Master’s-level education in a relevant field is preferred Experience in mental health, recovery, counseling, or related environments is strongly valued Familiarity with 12-Step, recovery, or therapeutic processes is a plus Mental health licensure is preferred but not required Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence Clear, compassionate written and verbal communication skills Comfort working with databases, EMR/CRM systems, and standard office technology A nonjudgmental, service-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others About Our Benefits & Compensation Package Onsite Wellness Group offers competitive compensation and benefits including: • Competitive base compensation with discretionary bonus incentives • Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance offerings • 401K plan with company match up to 4% • Attractive Paid Time Off policies • Ability to participate in Onsite’s workshops • Company Employee Assistance Program • And more!
