Are you a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist interested in Staff Psychology Support? We are looking for someone to work in our ground-breaking Staff Psychology Service that supports NHS staff with the emotional impact of work by working systemically across all levels of Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust. The service within a supportive Clinical Health Psychology service.

Responsibility for delivery and evaluation of a high quality, evidence based and effective staff psychological support service to support Chelsea & Westminster NHS Foundation Trust staff across both the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex Hospital sites. The post-holder will be working within a team of psychologist colleagues, scoping, delivering interventions, and utilising research and audit skills. The service offers limited individual assessment and brief interventions but typically concentrates on work at the team, manager and organisational level. This work includes consultation, training, psychological debriefs and reflective practice sessions.
