JOB SUMMARY:

We’re seeking a Clinical Counsellor to join our team and support both ICBC-funded and private practice clients. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing trauma-informed, client-centered care and is comfortable working with individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, pain management, and adjustment to life events. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule while receiving administrative support, referrals, and the opportunity to grow in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couple, or family therapy (in-person, virtual, or hybrid based on client needs and your preference)
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development
  • Collaborate with colleagues as needed to support client care
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards

Skills

  • Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology
  • Registered with a recognized professional body
  • Comfortable using virtual platforms (e.g. Zoom)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural humility, and a trauma-informed lens

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $3,000.00-$6,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surrey, B
