Job Summary:
Seeking a Clinical Counsellor to deliver community-based services via telehealth and in-person sessions (if needed). Candidates can choose to work flexible hours while maintaining their full-time job at other place.

Education, Training, and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, Clinical or Counselling Psychology.
• Active and practicing full registration with one of the following professional associations (valid for the current year):
• Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada
• BC Association of Clinical Counsellors
• BC College of Social Workers
• Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association
• Canadian Professional Counsellors Association
• Experience working with ICBC clients
• Strong report-writing skills

• Provide trauma-informed clinical counselling to ICBC clients.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and kinesiologists.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to support clients in pain management, trauma recovery, and psychological rehabilitation
