Our team of over 2,300 healthcare professionals serves nearly 40,000 Medicare recipients, redefining patient-centered care with bilingual staff, complimentary transportation, and advanced facilities. Position Summary: The Clinical Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering outstanding patient support by efficiently managing inquiries and service requests. As the first point of contact, this position handles general questions related to appointments, scheduling, and clinical services, while collaborating with healthcare centers and internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of patient concerns. Responsibilities: * Assess patient needs and medical situations over the phone with accuracy and empathy. * Follow established triage protocols and physician instructions to determine appropriate next steps. * Coordinate emergency services (e.g., MDA, Fire Rescue) in accordance with phone triage procedures. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with patients and physicians to ensure continuity of care. * Schedule appointments and direct calls to appropriate clinical staff or departments. * Document patient interactions and actions taken in compliance with healthcare regulations. * Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations and enhance patient experience. Shifts Available * 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM * 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM  Qualifications Requirements: * Foreign medical graduate (FMG) highly preferred * Fluent in both English and Spanish * 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting  * Advanced knowledge of medical terminology  * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
