Piper Companies is hiring a Senior Clinical Data Team Lead to work remotely with a globally respected clinical research organization and pharmaceutical firm dedicated to transforming healthcare outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SENIOR CLINICAL DATA TEAM LEAD:

• Minimum of 7 years in clinical data management
• At least 5 years in a leadership role within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and guiding study teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Oversee clinical data management (CDM) tasks and provide training to project team members
• Serve as the liaison for CDM updates between project managers and clients
• Draft, update, and audit documentation to ensure alignment with CDM standards and project goals
• Assist project managers with progress tracking and resource planning
