JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist/Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and enhancing the overall patient experience. Also the role will be one day of nursing with one of our highly experienced clinicians and cover work as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred .
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software applications.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
