Monitoring standards of care delivered by all staff.
Supporting the Home Manager with policy implementation and business objectives.
Preparing staff rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and ensuring care plans are up to date.
Acting as a focal point for residents, families, and healthcare professionals, addressing concerns and ensuring high standards of care.
Hours: 40 hours per week, including weekends on a rota, working on the floor and some supernumerary hours.
