Responsibilities

As a Clinical Deputy, you will work closely with the Home Manager, nurses, and carers to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and governance across the home. You will combine hands-on clinical delivery with leadership duties, helping to maintain a safe, person-centred care environment. You’ll also support staff development, oversee clinical compliance, and contribute to operational management. This is a senior role for an experienced, capable nurse ready to lead with confidence and care.
You may occasionally support other homes in the local area, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
