Claire at Amber Mace is currently recruiting for an experiencedClinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded nursing home near to Kidderminster.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN preferred, RMN considered) who has either worked as a Deputy Manager or is a confident Clinical Lead ready to take the next step in their career.
About the Role:

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day operations of the service. You’ll:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the nursing and care teams
• Oversee clinical standards and ensure the highest levels of care
• Contribute to staff training and development
• Help maintain a safe, person-centred, and caring environment for residents
