We are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Development & Education Coordinator professional to join our Clinical Development team. This role will/can be based in our Corporate head office – Toronto or Burnaby. This is an on-site position.

EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:
  • 4-year degree OR equivalent of education and training.
  • Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a professionalized setting with communicational stakeholders, working in training, marketing, or event management.
  • Dental industry experience will be considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) and design tools for flyer creation (e.g., Canva).
  • Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High comfort level with presenting in front of others.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) effectively in their personal workflows and leveraging it as a force multiplier.
  • Comfort with a computer-based role.
  • Active driver’s license.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs at times.
Responsibilities
  • Course Development & Content Creation Support:
  • Assist with the design and development of course flyers, training materials, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with uploading educational content into an LMS.
  • Event Coordination & Scheduling:
  • Maintain and update the educational calendar.
  • Coordinate speaker availability and event logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Manage venue bookings, equipment setup, and necessary accommodations for training events (when applicable).
  • Support live and virtual training sessions by moderating discussions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring engagement.
  • Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
  • Compile and track key metrics related to educational initiatives.
  • Organize follow-up resources for training participants.
  • Provide general administrative support for educational events, including managing registration records and distributing certificates.
  • Manage communication with clinic teams regarding upcoming training sessions.
  • Maintain training databases, attendance records, and documentation for accreditation purposes.
