POSITION OVERVIEW

The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing all operational and clinical activities within an assigned facility or territory. This leadership role ensures that both clients and staff receive the highest level of support while maintaining compliance with regulatory, insurance, and organizational standards. The Clinical Director will provide direct supervision, staff development, and case management oversight while collaborating with regional leadership to uphold the mission and values of Gateway.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active BCBA certification and LBA licensure (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA or working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with staff, clients, and families.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of budget management, resource allocation, and evaluation procedures.
• Flexible availability to meet the evolving needs of the facility/territory

  Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
