The Clinical Director is responsible for directing day to day operations of an ACP center-based program,
supervising the team of center-based BCBAs, as well as carrying a caseload of clients to meet billing
expectations based on number of direct reports. In addition to the organizational leadership
responsibilities of growing a center the Clinical Director will continually monitor all assigned teams
within the center-based program (BCBAs, BTs/RBTs, and interdisciplinary services providers), providing
support and tracking progress to ensure relevant, high-quality, evidence-based treatment delivery. The
Clinical Director is a key role at Autism Care Partners responsible for overseeing the quality of clinical
care, training, and development and implementation of treatment programs and behavior intervention
plans. The Clinical Director is responsible for both clinical and operations oversight for the center
Program.
