Our values are Excellence, Innovation, Commitment, Caring and Integrity. What will you do as a Clinical Director for Community-based services? As the Clinical Director in the Community-based Clinical Services department, you will provide both administrative and clinical supervision to contracted outpatient therapists and intensive in-home clinicians within the Charlotte Metro area. Your role will include ensuring that high-quality clinical care is delivered, while maintaining effective communication with your leader, peers, and direct reports. A typical day for you will involve coaching and holding direct reports accountable, driving excellence in clinical care, and ensuring that both client and program needs are met. This role can be based fully in the office at the Family Service Center on Wendover Rd in Charlotte or be a hybrid position, requiring multiple days per week in the office. Education requirements for a Clinical Director is a master’s or doctoral degree and an active clinical licensure in NC. Preference will be given to candidates with a clinical supervisor license Preference will be given to candidates with a Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution who are Licensed Psychologist in North Carolina, in good standing.
