In Addition to a Competitive Salary, We Offer You: Choice of several health insurance plans 401(k) with company match Voluntary Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance Paid time off (PTO) Teladoc for Immediate Care (when enrolled in a health plan) Health Savings Account (HSA) Opportunity for Advancement Responsibilities of the Licensed Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA): Direct overall operations in collaboration with the Executive Director Train and supervise staff Oversight of the implementation of treatment programs Develop Performance Improvement Project (PIP) tools to improve the delivery of care Make recommendations regarding staffing and operations to the Executive Director Oversee the assessment of all potential residents Provide clinical case supervision of all treatment personnel Develop and coordinate educational in-services Coordinate referrals of residents to services the facility does not provide Supervise the QMHPs, MHPs, CRRSs and RSAs Ensure compliance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations IND9 Requirements of the LCPC/LCSW - Licensed Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA)/Clinical Director: Must meet the definition of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by the Illinois Mental Health Code (LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PMHNP, LMFT, etc.) We will also consider qualified LSWs or LPCs with CLINICAL LICENSE PENDING Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred At least two (2) years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders Experience with evidence based treatment modalities including wellness recovery action plans, illness management and recovery, dual diagnosis, and trauma informed care Serve as a member of the leadership team Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority Excellent communication and relationship building skills We Will Also Consider Individuals with one of the Following Credentials: Physician Advanced practice nurse with psychiatric specialty Wilson Care is accredited by the Joint Commission and licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDHP).
