QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, plus NY State Licensure (LCSW) is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience, including a minimum of 1 year of direct clinical supervision; Specialized experience with residential treatment
  • A current, valid clean Driver’s license is required for this position
    Minimum Salary: $85,500
Responsibilities
  • Providing regularly scheduled supervision to all clinical staff members, including evaluations; Providing training through regular supervision; Ensuring appropriate supervision of all program Interns, either through direct supervision, or by overseeing the clinical supervision provided by the social worker
  • Evaluating/assessing treatment and service plans; Running case conferences; May carry a caseload, and run specialized groups
  • Active participant in the intake process for new referrals, and reviews client’s ongoing service plan ; Ensures that the clinical needs to the client are met
  • Is a key staff resource for community outreach efforts and may perform such outreach and establish linkages with other groups, individuals or organizations which may be helpful to our clients
  • Providing all necessary notes, progress notes, Risk Assessments, etc. as required.
  • May cover for Director in his/her absence
  • Other duties as assigned
