Description Work schedule will be M-F 8am-5pm with on-call being required. This is an In Office position Do you like working with children and families? All you need is a master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, and have two years’ experience in child and family services; along with a certification in clinical supervision. We will teach you the rest! A Day in The Life as a Clinical Director We are seeking a licensed therapist supervisor that is eager to meet the challenges of helping at-risk youth, who have experienced trauma, have conflictual relationships, and are struggling in their day to day lives. Our Clinical Director will help lead our clinical team by providing in-house clinical supervision to strengthen our therapist’s clinical skills. As a clinical director you are able to utilize a variety of evidenced-based modalities and have opportunities for additional trainings and certification. We are seeking individuals who want to expand their clinical skills and have the ability to provide high quality services to not only the high-risk youth, but providing supervision and guidance for the therapists that they will serve as well. Candidates must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure at the time of hire. We are seeking someone with the knowledge and skills to complete diagnostic interviews, create treatment plans, and provide high quality clinical interventions.
