Description Work schedule will be M-F 8am-5pm with on-call being required. This is an In Office position Do you like working with children and families? All you need is a master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, and have two years’ experience in child and family services; along with a certification in clinical supervision. A Day in The Life as a Clinical Director We are seeking a licensed therapist supervisor that is eager to meet the challenges of helping at-risk youth, who have experienced trauma, have conflictual relationships, and are struggling in their day to day lives. Our Clinical Director will help lead our clinical team by providing in-house clinical supervision to strengthen our therapist’s clinical skills. As a clinical director you are able to utilize a variety of evidenced-based modalities and have opportunities for additional trainings and certification.
