POSITION SUMMARY: The responsibility of the Clinical Director is to assist in the growth and development of the physical therapy department and all support staff. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Clinical Director is expected to lead, develop, grow, and treat all staff in accordance with our mission and culture. Oversee the purchasing designate related to the pricing and inventory management of all supplies for the facility. Manage patient care, chart audits, compliant billing, and coding. Supervise clinical, front-desk, and back-office staff in the facility. Oversee in-service programs and new program development and maintain up-to-date treatment protocols and programs. Comply with all HIPAA and Code of Conduct policies for the practice. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy, physical therapy assistant, occupational therapy, or occupational therapy assistant program. Current Pennsylvania physical therapy, physical therapy assistant, occupational therapy, or occupational therapy assistant license required. 3 + years of experience managing an outpatient therapy facility's billing and clinical operations and equivalent experience is desired. CPR certification is required.
