This is a senior leadership opportunity for a Clinical Director to oversee two well-established small animal practices with over 100 years of trusted service. You’ll be working alongside a 9-vet team including certificate holders and colleagues studying toward ECC, surgery, ophthalmology, and acupuncture specialisms.
The Clinical Director will lead clinical standards, team development, and strategic growth. You’ll collaborate closely with the practice manager and enjoy the autonomy to influence clinical and operational direction in a stable, independent-minded practice environment.
