This role is also responsible for educating all members of the patient care team on an ongoing basis. Clinical Documentation Specialist Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent required. * Technical Diploma in Nursing * Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or other related preferred * Graduate for an accredited school of nursing * Current Arkansas Registered Nurse Licensure required * Minimum Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hospital setting * Essential Technical/Motor Skills: Requires excellent observation skills, analytical thinking, problem solving, plus good verbal and written communication * Interpersonal skills: Professional, team player, able to communicate well with others on all levels * Frequent contact with other personnel within and outside the hospital * Proactive * Flexible * Preferred Requirements: * Utilization review, case management, or coding experience a plus * 5 years or more clinical experience in a hospital setting Benefits & Perks: your health and happiness matters!
