This newly created role supports our growth in home‑based and multidisciplinary care—ensuring clinicians deliver safe, contemporary and high‑quality practice. You will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our clinical education frameworks, working closely with the Service Delivery Enablement squad, academic partners and professional leads. Your work will enhance clinician experience, support early‑career pathways and ensure alignment with national standards.   In this role, you will: • Collaboratively design, implement and evaluate competency and capability frameworks and clinical education for PT, OT, Podiatry and Dietetics.• Lead key initiatives including the New Graduate Program, Induction pathways, Clinical Skills Uplift, Capability Uplift, CPD calendar and Allied Health Assistant Program.• Build strong relationships with universities and placement partners to strengthen student and graduate pipelines.• Provide hands‑on educational support including competency and capability assessments, coaching, clinical teaching and supervision training.• Support quality improvement, accreditation processes, audits and corrective action activities.• Collaborate with Professional Leads, L&D team, community care teams, governance and external partners to deliver consistent education nationally.   Full time, fixed‑term 12‑month role, potential to become permanent Flexible work options available. Location: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide   About You You are an AHPRA‑registered Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Podiatrist with a passion for clinical education and continuous quality improvement. You create meaningful learning experiences and enjoy supporting clinicians to deliver exceptional care.
