In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality clinical education and statutory training across a dynamic and diverse region, shaping the development of our future workforce and making a real difference to patient care.
As part of a forward-thinking Clinical Directorate, you’ll work strategically and operationally, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure our workforce is confident, competent, and compliant. Drive educational excellence: Oversee statutory and mandatory training, onboarding, and clinical development initiatives to meet compliance and enhance workforce capability.
Collaborate with impact: Partner with operational and clinical teams to align education with service priorities—ensuring our workforce is fully prepared to meet patient needs.
Innovate and improve: Champion new methods of learning, including the use of digital technologies and simulation-based training. Constantly seek ways to improve outcomes and learner experiences.
Assure and deliver results: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage budgets effectively, and provide assurance on education delivery and workforce readiness.
Inspire future talent: Foster a culture of learning and continuous professional development while creating a welcoming and structured onboarding experience for new starter
