The hospital also offers world-class orthopedics, minimally invasive robotic-assisted surgery, lifesaving emergency care, stroke treatment, labor & delivery, and so much more Responsibilities Under the guidance of the Divisional Director of Clinical Education, the Clinical Education Online Specialist will play a crucial role in the success of the Clinical Education Department by organizing, developing, and coordinating innovative learning projects. The Clinical Education Online Specialist fulfills the role with a blend of instructional development expertise, eLearning development skills, education coordination experience, and a strong background in learning strategies. The Clinical Education Online Specialist handles department projects to see them through according to the agreed upon timeline, and with the agreed upon outcome. The Clinical Education Online Specialist maintains excellent time management and communication skills, collaborates seamlessly with team members, and takes initiative to create solutions when barriers are identified. This position requires a blend of independence to create and manage projects, as well as the ability to work closely with the Clinical Education team, and subject matter experts, to create impactful learning experiences that enhance employee performance and drive organizational success. This is a Full Time, Day Shift position. Qualifications Education Required: Associate degree Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Development, Learning Technologies, or a related field Licensure/Certification/Registration N/A Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required Proven expertise in using eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in adult learning and development. Knowledge of key frameworks that guide the development of effective learning (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.). Certification in instructional design and development or a related field is a plus. Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.) is a plus.
