We’re not just hiring; we are building a world better than we found it, supporting those who serve the common good, assisting those who are most vulnerable, and helping keep our communities safe.      We are seeking a talented Clinical Education Specialist for our Charlotte, North Carolina territory. In this role, you will be responsible for creating education plans and schedules, conducting energetic and thorough training sessions, providing detailed documentation relating to the engagements, and delivering high-quality customer service.   Accountabilities Include: * Educate with a solid technical aptitude on technology (hardware/software), communication, and workflow concepts as it relates to theory and product understanding. * Instruct complex workflow topics and explain them in an understandable and practical manner. * Coordinate and conduct education programs virtually or at customer locations. * Ability to effectively communicate with Design and Implementation Specialists to understand the client’s clinical solution based on best practices, evidence-based practices, facility needs, workflows, and project requirements. * Develop, maintain, and customize educational materials. * Attain required knowledge of company offerings to handle education queries and questions effectively. * Organize and adhere to the established work schedule with attention to project scheduling and required demands in education delivery. * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements for Success: * Bachelor’s degree in nursing, education, healthcare, or technical field or equivalent relevant work experience. * Minimum of 2 years of recent training and education experience. * Virtual education and training experience preferred. * Clinical or medical experience preferred. * Professional self-starter who is reliable, flexible, proactive, resilient, organized, and punctual. * Computer skills to include understanding basic computer manipulation, managing computer files, word processing, using spreadsheets and databases, creating presentations, finding information, and communicating. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively express ideas and information. * Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment. * A high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. * Basic math computation skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and fractions. * Ability to follow policies, processes and procedures. * Effective use of Microsoft 365 suite of products. * Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to task in completing assignments with quality outputs. * Maintain industry-recognized technology credential(s). * Maintain a clean driving record.
