Your role, your impact As a Clinical Educator, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with education and leadership to create meaningful learning experiences for students on placement. Your work will directly shape clinical practice and improve outcomes for young people in our community.You will:Provide day-to-day supervision, mentoring and professional support to students on clinical placementDesign and deliver engaging, capability-building training programsFacilitate high-quality clinical placements with a strong focus on learning outcomesPartner with universities and teaching institutions to coordinate placements and assessmentsWork closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance student integration and experienceThis role is ideal if you enjoy teaching, mentoring and clinical leadership, and want flexible work that still delivers real impact.
