* Part-Time position available | 3 days a fortnight |Located in Mundaring * Inspire learning and growth through hands-on education and support * Play a key role in delivering quality care within a values-led organisation About the role: BaptistCare Yallambee is a 40-bed facility currently seeking a Clinical Educator to join our team. As the Clinical Educator, you will plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs for residential aged care staff. Reporting to the Clinical Education Lead and working closely with leadership teams across our homes, you will support mandatory training compliance, ongoing professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will include coordinating site-based training, maintaining accurate records within the Learning Management System, and providing compliance reporting. You will also facilitate induction programs, assist with manual handling training, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality education delivery. This is a hands-on role where your clinical knowledge, leadership, and passion for education will directly contribute to the quality of care provided to our residents. Shift Pattern: • Part-time role | 3 days per fortnight • Tuesday required each week, with flexibility around the additional day each fortnight • 8:30am – 4:30pm - Flexible start and finish times available to suit your availability Why Join Us? About you: • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential aged care and/or acute care environments • Current valid driver’s licence • Experience working in training, education, or learning and development settings • Experience delivering training sessions and education programs • Demonstrated understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes • Commitment to delivering a customer-focused approach and achieving key performance indicators for the role Desirable qualifications include: * Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment * Experience developing training programs * Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards About Us We are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
