EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of sales experience with proven track record.
  • Utah Master Esthetician required.

Responsibilities
  • Sales:
  • Oversee the injectable business for a set clinic location.
  • Responsible to introduce injection clients into product and other services.
  • Oversee anti-aging membership sales with injection clients.
  • Update Opportunities with every new AA client in Zenoti.
  • Performs customer service/sales correspondence to include:
  • Text Campaigns
  • Clients who have Alle/Aspire funds to use
  • Clients who are due for their next Botox treatment, but not scheduled
  • Clients with more than $800 in their membership account
  • Perform customer service follow-up calls or text on all injection clients within 1-2 days of their treatment and 10 days post new client treatment.
  • Injection Shift responsibilities:
  • Shadow the Nurse Injector schedule and meet with all injection clients.
  • Be adaptable to work impactfully with all injectors in the practice. CEMs are scheduled to work with all injectors so that we can ensure that processes are consistent.
  • Ensure that the room is ready and stocked for the injection shift.
  • Meet with injector 10 minutes prior to shift for goal and victory planning.
  • Inform clients of their available membership funds and Alle/Aspire points.
  • Responsible for managing an efficient and effective injection schedule.
  • Ensure overall all clients receive a remarkable experience.
  • Follow up with all client concerns and adhere to incident management protocol.
  • Update the CEM Stats report at the end of each shift and send out nightly Slack.
