Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the performance, duties and discipline of Clinic Assistants to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Ensure all clinical procedures and tasks are carried out in accordance with established SOPs, policies and standards.
  • Monitor the quality of patient care, equipment usage and examination/imaging procedures according to clinic standards.
  • Identify areas of weakness or non-compliance and ensure appropriate corrective and improvement actions are taken.
  • Conduct audits, spot checks, briefings and training related to SOP compliance and work practices.
  • Plan and coordinate staff schedules, task allocation, rest days and manpower requirements for Clinic Assistants.
  • Monitor the condition and availability of clinic equipment, cleanliness and safety, and report any issues to Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Healthcare or a related field, or relevant working experience.
  • Experience in clinic operations or as a Senior Clinic Assistant / Clinic Supervisor will be an added advantage.
  • Strong supervisory, leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage, coordinate and work effectively with a team.
  • Good organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
