ABOUT THE ROLE
Mater Health has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Facilitator to join our team in a permanent part time 32 hours per week. This CF position will see you provide expert clinical guidance and learning development for staff across our inpatient and emergency units.
Based at our Rockhampton location, you will provide direct and indirect support and supervision to clinicians to promote and facilitate positive clinical outcomes and High Value Healthcare. You will plan, deliver and evaluate clinical education to meet current and emergent Mater staff learning needs and support staff to work at top of scope.
Salary range: $54.44 - $58.30 (RN level 2) per hour plus 11.5% superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
