POSITION REQUIRES A MASTER’S DEGREE IN SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY, ELIGIBILITY TO BEGIN THE CLINICAL FELLOWSHIP YEAR (CFY) UNDER ASHA SUPERVISION, AND ELIGIBLE FOR STATE LICENSURE AS A SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST.

A reputable K-12 school located in Milton, FL, is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025-2026 school year on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals holding either the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) to provide in-person therapy services in a supportive educational environment.

Available positions include:

  • Position 1: Full-time, 5 days a week, from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This role involves sharing a caseload with another full-time CCC-SLP who works 4 days per week. The position requires in-person service delivery due to the setting’s nature.
  • Position 2: Full-time maternity leave coverage, 5 days a week, from 7:20 AM to 2:50 PM, focused on grades 3-5. This position shares caseload responsibilities with a 4-day-a-week CCC-SLP. Anticipated start is mid-March through May 28th.
  • Position 3: Full-time maternity leave coverage, 5 days a week, from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, serving Pre-K and grades 3-5. This position shares caseload with another full-time SLP. Anticipated start is mid-March through May 28th.

QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Valid SLP certification with CCC or CFY status.
  • Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with educators and families.
  • Ability to deliver in-person therapy effectively and adapt to various student needs.
  • Commitment to student progress and adherence to school policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with school and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
  • Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
