Kennedy Krieger Institute is seeking a Clinical Fellow – SLP to join our Special Education team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities. Exciting CF opportunity to work with a team of supportive SLPs. Work with elementary, high school, and transitional students (up to 21 years old) with complex communication needs and significant behavioral challenges. Many AAC/AT learning opportunities. Students earn certificates of completion as they work to develop functional life skills in this collaborative and specialized interdisciplinary setting. What You’ll Do: As a Clinical Fellow, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to: Deliver speech/language, oral motor, and feeding/swallowing assessments and treatments tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that empower patients and families. Collaborate in interdisciplinary team conferences and professional development activities. Maintain comprehensive documentation in line with MSDE, ASHA, COMAR, and accreditation standards. Participate in community outreach and departmental initiatives. What You Bring: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Limited License from the Maryland Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech-Language Pathologists. CPR certification.
