Adelphi is seeking qualified and motivated Clinical Fellows in Speech-Language Pathology to provide specialized speech-language pathology services to students in a public school setting located in Lancaster County, South Carolina. The Clinical Fellow will be responsible for delivering speech-language services tailored to the unique needs of students, including assessment, intervention, and consultation with parents, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders, under appropriate supervision. Qualifications • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program • Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) through ASHA • Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license through the SC LLR (or in process) • South Carolina Educator Certificate (or in process) • Previous school-based experience preferred but not required • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Key Responsibilities • Conduct speech and language evaluations under clinical supervision • Provide direct speech-language therapy services aligned with student needs • Develop, implement, and document treatment plans in accordance with student goals • Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP), 504, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings • Collaborate with families, teachers, and school staff to support student outcomes • Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner • Maintain confidentiality of student and educational records in compliance with FERPA • Comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and applicable district policies • Ensure continuity and quality of care for assigned students
