As a part of the Field Clinical Sales team, you’ll play a crucial role in partnering with clinical professionals to deliver our patient-focused therapies including proctoring, training and education. Your knowledge of working within the hospital ecosystem, combined with our in-depth training program, will help to develop you into an Edwards subject matter expert. The Clinical Graduate Program starts in April 2026, offering a 12 month fixed-term contract . By the end of the contract, candidates may be retained by Edwards Lifesciences within the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid division or other technical divisions.

How you will make an impact:

What you’ll need:

• Be a recent Bachelors or Masters graduate (2025/2026) with a Biomedical or Clinical Engineering or Clinical Physiology degree (preferably in cardiac perfusion, surgical treatment, clinical sciences or nursing)
• Completion of a placement in a clinical, hospital or comparable environment
• H igh learning agility, a willingness to ask questions, a clear understanding of patient needs with a defined purpose
• Strong skills in communication and presentations, ability to work in teams and proficiency in MS Office
• Candidates should be open to relocation, willing to travel, committed to participating in the academy program and ideally possess a driver’s license.
• German and English proficiency skills
