Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is looking for a dedicated Imaging Clinical Supervisor to join the team. This role will be Full-Time Monday-Friday 3:00pm -11:30pm with holidays. Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Assistance eligible.   Inova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience. We are also proud to be consistently recognized as a top employer in both the D.C. metro area and the nation.  Featured Benefits: * Committed to Team Member Health: offering medical, dental and vision coverage, and a robust team member wellness program. * Retirement: Inova matches the first 5% of eligible contributions – starting on your first day. * Tuition and Student Loan Assistance: offering up to $5,250 per year in education assistance and up to $10,000 for student loans. * Mental Health Support: offering all Inova team members, their spouses/partners, and their children 25 mental health coaching or therapy sessions, per person, per year, at no cost. * Work/Life Balance: offering paid time off, paid parental leave, flexible work schedules, and remote and hybrid career opportunities.   Imaging Clinical Supervisor Job Responsibilities: * Assists in the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures, including but not limited to quality assurance/control programs. * Resolves physician complaints regarding clinical performance. * Demonstrates excellent triage of patients. * Demonstrates an understanding of radiation safety and protection principles. * Demonstrates creativity in section operational skills, decision-making skills, and contingency planning preparation. * Initiates and manages various projects with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.   Additional Qualifications:  * Certification - Basic Life Support upon start; American Registered Radiologic Technologists Upon Start - Must be certified by at least one of the following: American Registered Radiologic Technologists or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or CNT or Cardiovascular Technology or Nuclear Medicine Technology or Registered Vascular Technology or Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists; as applicable with additional certification in an applicable imaging modality required. Certification in Computed Technology or Mammography required within 12 months of hire. Certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging required within 18 months of hire. * Licensure - Licensed Radiologic Technologist Upon Start State Licensure required for all INOVA non-Hospital Licensed centers, but not required if working onsite at an Inova Hospital and/or for Nuclear Medicine. * Experience - Three years of imaging experience in a hospital/healthcare environment with experience in an applicable imaging modality. * Education - Associate's Degree in Radiological Sciences or Graduate of an accredited school/program of Radiology or Nuclear Medicine with a valid certification.     We are Inova, Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
