Role Overview: Ampa is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist to coordinate the deployment and onboarding of our advanced TMS system for clinical clients. This role focuses on backend implementation, proactive client management, and remote deployment coordination.You’ll work across multiple client accounts, ensuring a smooth, professional onboarding experience from contract signature through live clinical use. The ideal candidate combines polished communication, strong administrative discipline, and an aptitude for managing complex processes with consistency and empathy. Key Responsibilities: Client Implementation & Coordination Manage multiple concurrent client onboarding and deployment projects. Serve as the primary operational point of contact during setup and implementation. Coordinate scheduling, communication, and logistics via email and virtual meetings. Maintain structured project plans, checklists, and templates to ensure consistency. Track milestones and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely progress. Communication & Client Experience Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic written and verbal communication with clinical and administrative stakeholders. Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout implementation. Build trust-based relationships focused on successful deployment — not sales or upselling. Handle challenging or demanding clients with professionalism and composure. Operational Excellence Use and refine structured processes and tools for project tracking, documentation, and reporting. Coordinate internally with senior team members (Luke, Adam, Brooke, Lena, Itamar) to align on priorities and client status. Escalate clinical or technical issues appropriately while maintaining accountability for client coordination. Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with technical, clinical, and commercial teams to ensure seamless handoffs between sales, deployment, and ongoing support. Provide operational insights to help improve implementation workflows and templates over time. Qualifications: Experience: 3–5 years in client-facing implementation, customer success, or operations — ideally at a tech or SaaS company. Experience in healthcare or clinical technology is a plus but not required. Communication: Polished, credible, and confident. You will be interacting with sophisticated and high-level clinicians. Organization: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and administrative rigor. Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing ambiguity in a fast-moving environment. Tools: Proficiency with CRM or project management systems; strong written communication (especially via email). Travel: Primarily remote; occasional travel to HQ or client sites Why Join Ampa?
