Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Clinical Implementation Specialist to serve as the key liaison between our onboarding team and clients to ensure a smooth and successful transition. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, providing training, support, and resources to help clients quickly realize the value of Octagos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the onboarding team to assist with go live virtual and onsite training
  • Conduct post-launch check-ins to ensure accounts receive ongoing support
  • Provide troubleshooting and follow-up for clinical devices and workflows
  • Collaborate with the customer experience team to address needs of clients and ensure proper handoff between the onboarding team and account management.
  • Manage multiple onboarding clients simultaneously
  • Activate onboarding process based on KPIs
  • Introduce clients to our services and identify upsell opportunities
  • Assist in hitting revenue goals through facilitating hand-offs from sales team
  • Create training materials for clients
  • Assist with technical project management and integration builds

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software training
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience
  • B2B (business-to-business) experience and healthcare industry experience preferred

Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in optimizing SaaS platforms.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support onsite go live trainings.
