North Bay Regional Health Centre (NBRHC) is seeking one dynamic, full-time Clinical Informatics
Analysts to join our Information Systems team. Reporting to the Manager, Informatics & Information
Systems the successful candidates will be integral to the optimization and support of MEDITECH
Expanse clinical modules. Working in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams—including clinical
program leads, Patient Access Analysts, Application Analysts, technical experts and vendors—this role
ensures the integration, implementation, and enhancement of clinical information systems (HIS) to
support high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.

CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

Degree/Diploma in Nursing or other regulated healthcare profession; current CNO registration or
equivalent required.
Hospital-based clinical experience and proficiency with MEDITECH module applications.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in change management and quality improvement is
preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
Must be available to work on-site.
Criminal Reference Check including the Vulnerable Sector Check recent within six (6) months is a
requirement

Responsibilities

Further responsibilities of this position include but will not be limited to:
Champion change management and continuous process improvement across clinical
environments.
Support, and optimize assigned MEDITECH Expanse modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess clinical needs and implement effective solutions.
Troubleshoot application issues and support HIS performance through training, user manuals,
and service tracking.
Develop and deliver end user training using concepts of adult education.
Provide data-driven analysis through audits and reporting.
Participate in organizational committees and regional HIS initiatives.
Provide on-call user support as needed.
Perform cross-functional and other duties, as assigned and/or requested.
Participate on committees as assigned.
Collaborate with local and Regional ONE Health Information Technology Systems (HITS)
partners.
